Russia DEADLINE HAS PASSED

On some trips, fees are set for twin room users. We strongly recommend that those who apply for a twin room organize themselves as pairs in advance. For more detailed information, including fees, contents, or cancelation policy of each trip, please contact the organizer.

Field trip participants should note some requirements. All of the participants must have personally purchased travel insurance in advance. Participants going on the post-congress international field trips must obtain their own visas in advance before the trips. Furthermore, because all of the participants in the PI trip must gather at appointed places in Russia, they need to make their own travel arrangements from Kyoto to the overseas meeting site. Moreover, e-mail to the organizers of each course must be written in English. If a participant has not paid the fee of his/her field trip yet, he/she should pay it surely by the deadline, July 16. Furthermore, each participant should pay his/her own traffic fees to the meeting place and from the break-up place just by him-/herself individually.

Attention!!
To apply for the other field trips planned by some IGU Commissions, please go to the website "Announcements from Commissions and Task Force."
