Depending on your nationality you may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. We kindly ask you to apply for your visa individually at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country.

As visa guidelines and application requirements differ widely between countries, we strongly recommend that you contact the Japanese embassy in your home country as early as possible to inquire about the specific visa regulations regarding your country.

We are only able to issue a letter of invitation to participants who fulfill two criteria: you have submitted an abstract, and your paper/poster has been accepted.
(You must complete the registration and payment by April 30.)

Please note the following conditions:
1. Since the letter of invitation will be sent by postal mail, delays are possible. The conference organizers cannot be held responsible for this.
2. The letter of invitation does not imply financial support of any kind.
